- Seung-Hee Lee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at KAIST and an Associate Director at the Center for Synaptic Brain Dysfunctions at IBS. She received her Ph.D. in Neurobiology from Seoul National University School of Biological Sciences and completed her postdoctoral training in systems neuroscience at the University of California, Berkeley. She joined KAIST in 2013 as an Assistant Professor and opened the Sensory Processing Laboratory in the Department of Biological Sciences. Dr. Lee has published numerous papers in the field of molecular mechanisms of learning and memory, neural circuit mechanisms of visual processing and perception, neural circuit mechanisms of multisensory integration and modulation, and neural circuit mechanisms of perceptual decision-making. Please visit the webpage of the Lee lab (https://sites.google.com/site/leelab2013/home) to learn more about her research and the sensory processing laboratory.
